Jul 22, 2021 · We were in the area and decided to try Phil’s Fish Market & Eatery. Highway 1 south to Moss Landing was a crawl. It took 20 minutes to travel the 8 miles to the restaurant. The next challenge was parking. The small lot was full.... We parked next to a fence about 100 yards from the restaurant. We were happy to see big signs requiring masks.
